- • As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Juniper Square, you will be a critical part of our growth engine, going beyond simply delivering resumes to actively fostering and expanding our unique company culture. This role is designed for an exceptional individual who is both fearlessly creative and data-driven.
- • Your primary focus will be supporting hiring for our engineering, product, and IT teams. However, a key aspect of this role is the flexibility to pivot and support critical business functions as company needs evolve, demonstrating your adaptability and broad recruiting expertise.
- • You will own the entire recruitment lifecycle for your assigned roles, from developing sophisticated hiring strategies to executing them with precision. We are a team that values collaboration, takes ownership of outcomes, and is committed to continuous learning and professional growth.

- • You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams alike. This includes building and implementing bespoke sourcing and hiring strategies tailored to the specific needs of each function, whether it's engineering, product, IT, or go-to-market teams.
- • You will act as an influential business partner, proactively offering strategic recommendations for hiring improvements, sharing valuable insights on the competitive talent market, and introducing innovative ideas to enhance our overall recruitment approach.
- • A paramount responsibility is to create and maintain an exceptionally positive candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring that Juniper Square is perceived as an employer of choice.
- • Your ability to identify high-potential candidates will extend beyond matching keywords; you will assess candidates based on their capability, career trajectory, and potential contribution to our culture.
- • You will expertly balance the urgency of immediate hiring needs with the strategic imperative of building long-term talent pipelines for both technical and business roles.
- • Utilizing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, you will meticulously manage pipeline health, ensure data accuracy, and generate actionable reporting to inform recruitment strategies and outcomes.
- • You will adeptly navigate complex challenges involving candidates, colleagues, and hiring teams, employing a solutions-oriented and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- • Cultivating strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers, department leaders, and interviewers will be crucial for setting stakeholders up for success throughout the hiring process.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including compensation, onboarding, legal, and finance, to ensure alignment and achieve company-wide hiring objectives.
- • Providing constructive feedback to your recruiting peers and leadership will be essential for the continuous improvement of our recruiting strategies, processes, and overall effectiveness.
