- • In this pivotal role, you will engage directly with founders and hiring managers, meticulously guiding candidates through every stage of the recruitment process, from initial engagement to offer acceptance. You will be supported by a dedicated sourcing team, ensuring a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to fill the top of the funnel. This position is designed for impact, not just activity; top candidates will be prioritized for your calendar, allowing you to concentrate on cultivating strong relationships, navigating complex hiring needs with clarity, and executing a highly personalized and efficient recruitment process.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass leading high-priority searches, conducting thorough intake and calibration calls to deeply understand hiring requirements and collaboratively shape effective search strategies. You will partner closely with the sourcing team to continuously refine and optimize the top-of-funnel strategy, ensuring alignment with client needs and market dynamics. As the primary point of contact for candidates, you will embody the search, owning the candidate experience from the initial screening call through to the final offer negotiation and delivery.
- • A key aspect of this role involves conducting structured, engaging, and effective candidate screens, leveraging strong technical discernment to assess not just stated skills but true understanding and practical application. You will craft compelling candidate presentations that clearly articulate the alignment between candidate profiles and client opportunities, effectively "selling" the role and company. Throughout the process, you will provide essential frameworks and clarity to both clients and candidates, ensuring transparency and managing expectations effectively.
- • Furthermore, you will meticulously oversee interview logistics, maintain proactive and consistent communication with candidates, and manage the offer delivery process with precision and professionalism.
