- • As a Senior Technical Sales Consultant at Medable Inc., you will play a critical role in bridging technical expertise with sales effectiveness to accelerate the delivery of effective therapies to patients faster. You will support the sales process by managing demo systems, translating complex clinical trial needs into compelling technical presentations, and ensuring seamless handoff to customer success—directly impacting Medable’s mission to advance precision medicine and healthcare innovation.
- • Day to day, you will manage internal demo environments, serve as the primary liaison between product and solution consulting teams, maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical trial regulations and Medable’s platform, review trial protocols, assist in RFx responses, co-develop customer-facing presentations with Solution Consultants, update CRM records, participate in trade shows, document training materials, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Marketing, and Product Management to refine demo flows and best practices.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in clinical trial technology, healthcare software sales, and solution consulting while developing leadership in presales processes, cross-functional collaboration, and technical storytelling. You’ll gain visibility across product, sales, and customer success teams, positioning you to influence product roadmaps and drive measurable impact on customer outcomes and internal enablement—building a foundation for advancement into senior technical sales, sales engineering, or product strategy roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of experience in Technical Sales Consulting, clinical trial, healthcare software, or eCOA sales and/or technical product configuration
- • Experience working with customers in pre or post-sales support roles, preferably in life sciences or healthcare software
- • Bachelor’s degree in life science, biomedical, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
- • Proven ability to manage demo environments, maintain CRM accuracy, and document training materials for team enablement
