- • [What the role is a Senior Technical Sourcer at Nooks Platform Inc., playing a critical role in building the company’s exceptional technical team by partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and design effective sourcing strategies. The role focuses on identifying and attracting top technical talent while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- • Day to day, the Senior Technical Sourcer will partner with hiring managers and team leads to understand technical talent requirements and develop compelling job descriptions, design and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (online platforms, referrals, social networks), identify and nurture qualified technical candidates, manage candidate pipelines and communications, track and report on recruiting metrics, stay current on market trends and talent pools, and collaborate with recruiters to support scalable recruiting programs and process improvement.
- • Nooks is an applied AI lab building the Agent Workspace for GTM, designing AI agents that operate across the full sales action set—from account strategy to prospect research and outreach. With over 1,500 customers including Notion, HubSpot, Cursor, and Rippling, and $70M+ raised from top VCs like Kleiner Perkins, the company has tripled ARR each year for three years and is turning the art of sales into a scalable science.
- • In this role, the individual will deepen expertise in technical talent mapping and engagement, master advanced sourcing techniques using AI and modern platforms, contribute to high-impact hiring in a fast-growing startup, and develop leadership in recruitment strategy while working alongside a high-caliber team driving innovation in GTM AI.
