- • As a Senior Technical Success Manager at Zscaler, you will serve as the central post-sales point of contact for public sector customers, guiding them through their Zero Trust journey to ensure successful adoption and maximization of Zscaler’s security solutions. Your role is critical in helping customers achieve their digital transformation objectives by aligning technical capabilities with business outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders and operational service owners to define strategic alignment between customer goals and Zscaler offerings. You will provide technical guidance and product insights to develop customized integration strategies, manage complex escalations by coordinating resolutions across internal and external teams, and proactively identify adoption risks while creating mitigation plans. You will also contribute to the team’s knowledge base by creating and sharing best practice guides and playbooks.
