- • As a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Automation Anywhere Inc., you will play a critical role in ensuring customer success by resolving complex technical issues related to the company’s Agentic Process Automation (APA) platform, directly impacting productivity and operational efficiency for enterprise clients worldwide.
- • Day to day, you will diagnose and troubleshoot advanced technical problems involving REST APIs, scripting (Python, JavaScript, Bash), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, SSO), and ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, ServiceNow), while providing clear guidance to both technical and non-technical users.
