- • As our Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be entrusted with a critical mission: to scale the very team that underpins our product and platform's success. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused intently on attracting, engaging, and closing the top 1% of engineering and product talent available in the market. You will assume complete ownership of the technical recruiting strategy from inception to completion, laying a robust foundation for Vibe's next phase of exponential growth. Reporting directly to our incoming Head of Talent Acquisition, you will forge close partnerships with our engineering and product leadership teams based out of our NYC headquarters.
- • Your core responsibilities will encompass owning the full-cycle technical recruiting process. This means leading every aspect of hiring for our critical engineering and product roles, ensuring an unparalleled candidate experience from the initial outreach through to the final offer negotiation and close. You will be the architect of strategies designed to attract elite technical talent, developing and executing sophisticated, high-touch sourcing and headhunting methodologies. Your focus will be on drawing top-tier professionals from prestigious organizations such as FAANG companies, leading Tier-1 AdTech firms, and innovative AI-native companies.
- • A significant part of your role will involve close collaboration with our hiring managers. You will work hand-in-hand with engineering and product leaders to meticulously define role requirements, rigorously calibrate hiring standards to ensure we consistently meet our high bar for talent, and streamline decision-making processes to maintain momentum. Furthermore, you will be tasked with building proactive and robust talent pipelines. This involves actively engaging with and nurturing networks of high-performing technical candidates, ensuring we have a strong bench for both immediate hiring needs and future strategic growth.
- • You will also play a pivotal role in strengthening Vibe's technical employer brand. This entails actively shaping how Vibe is perceived and positioned within the competitive landscape for world-class engineers, ensuring our narrative resonates deeply with ambitious, impact-driven builders who are seeking challenging and meaningful work. Leveraging data will be crucial to your success; you will meticulously track pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-hire metrics, and overall recruiting effectiveness to identify potential bottlenecks and implement continuous optimizations.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of successfully scaling technical teams within a high-growth, VC-backed startup environment or a Tier-1 AdTech firm.
- • Documented success in recruiting and closing senior-level engineering and product talent, specifically from FAANG companies or organizations with a strong focus on AI.
- • Demonstrated experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate outreach and engagement through to managing complex negotiations, including equity components.
- • Experience building and managing sourcing pipelines for highly specialized technical roles such as Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or Ad-Infrastructure.
- • A proactive, results-oriented approach characterized by urgency, a strong sense of ownership, and an exceptionally high bar for both talent quality and execution.
