📋 Description
- • Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Partner at Pluralsight, responsible for building trusted relationships with engineers and hiring managers to proactively source and hire top technical talent before roles open.
- • Day-to-day activities include full-cycle technical recruiting across North America, designing targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean, GitHub, LinkedIn, and technical communities, partnering with engineering and product leaders to define hiring needs, developing talent pipelines for high-priority disciplines, designing equitable technical assessments, delivering market intelligence on talent trends, managing technical staffing partners, and building employer brand through tech events and open source engagement.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of technical recruiting experience closing software engineers, data scientists, and other technical specialists in competitive markets
- • Genuine technical fluency — ability to read job descriptions, engage engineering teams in technical discussions, and assess candidate fit without a CS degree
- • Expertise in sourcing passive technical talent through creative, non-traditional channels such as GitHub, technical communities, and personalized outreach
- • Experience as a strategic recruiting advisor to engineering or product leadership, not just an order-taker
- • History of building and maintaining talent pipelines for high-priority disciplines before roles open
- • Experience working within Workday as an ATS and integrating AI into recruiting workflows
