  • • Senior Territory Manager responsible for driving gross profit dollar growth across a defined New York City/Northern New Jersey territory by acquiring new SaaS customers, expanding revenue in existing accounts, and increasing e-commerce adoption across all customer logos.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and closing new SaaS logos through cold outreach, on-site visits, and networking; managing full sales cycles from discovery to close; maintaining and growing existing accounts by meeting with scientists and procurement teams to boost e-commerce usage; identifying expansion opportunities using Salesforce/Looker data; and collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply, Software, Pricing, Customer Success, and Operations to share field insights and align strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in field-based sales or territory management, preferably in scientific, lab, or biotech environments
  • • Ability to prospect, manage full sales cycles, and expand existing accounts with scientists, lab managers, procurement, and finance stakeholders
  • • Comfort with regular in-person meetings across biotech hubs in NYC, Northern NJ, and Philadelphia
  • • Strong understanding of how labs operate and how scientists make purchasing decisions
  • • Motivation to learn SaaS sales and expand commercial skills in a growing, profitable business
