- • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Surgical Structural Heart business unit within the assigned territory, leveraging comprehensive knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology related to Edwards Lifesciences’ medical products.
- • Build and sustain long-term relationships with key medical professionals, surgeons, hospital administrators, and other influencers to strengthen Edwards’ market positioning and drive clinical adoption of structural heart therapies.
- • Expand the customer network in the Chandigarh region through strategic engagement, using creativity, tact, and diplomacy to influence purchasing decisions among existing and new customers.
- • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities aligned with regional sales targets, ensuring consistent growth and increased market share for Edwards’ surgical portfolio.
- • Execute an annual sales plan tailored to regional objectives, incorporating market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to optimize performance and address evolving clinical needs.
- • Provide expert clinical education and product training to healthcare providers, clearly articulating the value, strengths, and limitations of Edwards’ technologies versus competitor offerings.
- • Maintain strict adherence to all company policies, including pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements within the scope of influence.
- • Analyze customer organizations and market dynamics to understand how external factors impact buying behavior and clinical decision-making in the surgical space.
- • Manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes medical device environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail in all customer interactions and documentation.
- • Utilize deep product knowledge and market awareness to address customer objections, align product benefits with clinical outcomes, and reinforce the value proposition of Edwards’ innovations in cardiac surgery.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless patient care pathways and enhance the integration of Edwards’ technologies into clinical workflows.
- • Continuously develop understanding of the medical devices industry, regional healthcare landscape, and evolving standards of care in structural heart interventions.
- • Demonstrate a strategic mindset to navigate complex hospital procurement processes and influence multi-stakeholder decision-making environments.
- • Contribute to the company’s mission of helping patients live longer, healthier lives by advancing access to innovative surgical solutions in the Chandigarh region and beyond.
