- • Senior Trade Show & Event Manager responsible for planning and executing strategic third-party events program with world-class execution, supporting key growth segments across trade shows and conferences, including the ConneXions at Local regional event program and the annual ConneXions conference.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include end-to-end event execution (booth selection, F&B ordering, vendor coordination, on-site setup, budget tracking, post-event analysis), managing event logistics with extreme attention to detail, coordinating venue selection, audiovisual needs, transportation, hotel blocks, developing run-of-show schedules, managing registration and ticketing via platforms like Cvent, and ensuring timely delivery of event supplies.
- • Cross-functional planning with sales, field marketing, and product marketing to align event strategy with target attendee personas and objectives, serving as primary point of contact for event communications, building strong vendor and partner relationships, and managing multiple concurrent events with competing priorities.
- • Budget tracking and expense management including real-time budget tracking, PO creation, invoice processing, vendor payments, expense reconciliation, maintaining detailed financial documentation, and flagging variances early to ensure alignment with approved financial targets.
- • Post-event reporting: driving ROI measurement and attribution (lead tracking, pipeline impact, engagement metrics), collecting and analyzing attendee feedback, creating post-event recaps and reports with insights and recommendations, and ensuring timely lead handoff to sales with clear tracking of next steps.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8–12+ years of relevant experience executing trade shows, conferences, and events with strong focus on hands-on logistics and delivery
- • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30%–40%, including evenings and weekends, to support on-site event execution
- • Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage aggressive timelines across multiple priorities
- • Ability to perform in high-pressure, fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with professionalism and an unflappable attitude
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
- • Advanced knowledge of Cvent preferred; experience with additional event management platforms a plus
- • CMP or similar industry certification is a plus; Bachelor’s degree preferred
