- • Senior Treasury Manager (Crypto) - Platform role at Skelar AS, a venture-builder that creates and scales consumer businesses in EdTech, Mental Health, Petcare, FashionTech, and more, with tech products used by 10+ million people globally.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing short- and medium-term liquidity across bank accounts, VASPs, and digital wallets; optimizing large-scale cross-border transfers and infrastructure replenishment; building and managing relationships with traditional banks, payment providers, custodians, and OTC platforms; developing internal operational policies, liquidity limits, and risk management systems; and resolving complex or non-standard treasury requests, including bank compliance and onboarding of new solutions.
- • The role sits within Skelar’s Platform team, which serves as the operational core supporting founder-led businesses by handling Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, IT, and other functions, enabling product teams to focus on innovation.
- • In this role, you will impact the company’s financial stability through global working capital allocation; enhance the speed, flexibility, and cost-efficiency of fiat and crypto payment infrastructure scaling; and improve managerial decision-making by creating deep liquidity analytics and forecasts.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in treasury management, corporate finance, or liquidity management in fintech, IT, or banking sectors
- • Deep expertise in multi-currency liquidity management, cash pooling, and understanding of operational models for both traditional banks and stablecoins
- • Proven experience in successful interaction and negotiation with banks, financial institutions, and licensed VASP providers
- • Advanced Excel skills and ability to visualize complex financial data
- • English language proficiency at B2+/C1 level for conducting business negotiations with international financial institutions
