📋 Description

• • Manage relationships with banking partners across multiple jurisdictions, including support for bank onboarding, account opening, account maintenance, and related documentation.
• • Coordinate KYC and compliance requirements with financial institutions to ensure adherence to regulatory standards in all operating markets.
• • Administer banking platforms by managing user access, signatory controls, and security protocols to safeguard treasury operations.
• • Monitor daily cash positions across the global group of entities to maintain visibility into liquidity availability and cash utilization.
• • Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning activities to enable efficient fund allocation across entities and geographic markets.
• • Partner with internal finance and operational teams on cash planning, payment scheduling, and treasury-related coordination.
• • Assist with short-term liquidity placements in alignment with established treasury policies and risk parameters.
• • Monitor investment activity, performance metrics, and reporting to ensure compliance with treasury guidelines and optimize returns.
• • Support foreign exchange transactions and track currency exposures to mitigate financial risk across multi-currency operations.
• • Prepare and deliver treasury reports for management, including cash position summaries, liquidity forecasts, and exposure analyses.
• • Help administer and improve the Treasury Management System, ensuring bank connectivity, data integrity, and user management are maintained.
• • Support internal and external audit requests related to treasury controls, documentation, and transactional accuracy.
• • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen internal controls, reduce manual effort, and increase automation in treasury workflows.
• • Act as a reliable backup for broader treasury functions, ensuring continuity and coverage during absences or peak workload periods.
• • Work in an international environment, collaborating with teams across Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland, Spain, and the UK to align treasury operations with global business needs.
• • Maintain professional proficiency in English to communicate effectively with financial institutions and cross-functional stakeholders.
• • Ensure all treasury activities comply with company policies, regulatory frameworks, and internal control standards.
• • Contribute to the scaling of treasury infrastructure as the company grows across new markets and increases transaction volume.
• • Maintain accurate records of banking documentation, compliance filings, and treasury-related correspondence.
• • Proactively identify risks in cash flow, liquidity, or banking relationships and escalate issues with recommended solutions.
• • Support the transition and integration of new banking relationships as the company expands its global footprint.
• • Participate in the evaluation and selection of new treasury technology or banking solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• • Ensure timely execution of payment workflows and alignment with ERP-driven finance operations.
• • Uphold the integrity of treasury controls while adapting processes to meet evolving regulatory and business requirements.
