- • As a Senior VC Partnerships Manager for EMEA at Deel, you will drive strategic growth by building and scaling relationships with venture capital firms, accelerators, and startup ecosystem partners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, directly contributing to Deel’s mission of enabling global hiring and payroll for high-potential startups.
- • You will own quota-carrying responsibilities, generating pipeline and revenue by positioning Deel as the go-to global HR and payroll partner for founder communities, while representing the company at key ecosystem events and driving co-marketing initiatives that amplify brand visibility and adoption.
- • You will join a fast-moving, globally distributed team of 7,000+ across 100+ countries at Deel, a $17.3B-valued SaaS leader recognized as a CNBC Disruptor 50 and Forbes Cloud 100 company, where your work impacts millions of workers worldwide through innovative HR technology.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in global people operations, partnership strategy, and startup ecosystem dynamics, while honing your skills in revenue generation, cross-functional collaboration, and founder engagement—accelerating your career as a leader in the future of work.
- • You will partner with select venture firms to extend Deel’s reach, support portfolio companies, and create joint engagement opportunities that drive mutual value and long-term ecosystem integration.
- • You will own day-to-day relationships with accelerator and incubator program teams, ensuring Deel is embedded as a trusted partner in founder education, onboarding, and ongoing support across the EMEA region.
- • You will act as the first point of contact for portfolio company founders, educating them on Deel’s solutions, addressing inquiries, and connecting them with internal sales, product, and customer success teams to accelerate adoption.
- • You will consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by identifying, nurturing, and converting venture-backed startups into paying customers through strategic outreach and relationship-driven sales motions.
- • You will proactively build and expand your network of founder, accelerator, and VC contacts, cultivating a self-sustaining community of evangelists who advocate for Deel within their networks.
- • You will represent Deel at demo days, founder dinners, alumni mixers, and venture/accelerator events, using these touchpoints to deepen relationships, gather insights, and increase brand presence in key innovation hubs.
- • You will ideate and execute tailored co-marketing campaigns—including office hours, workshops, content series, and joint events—with partners and internal marketing teams to educate founders and drive product awareness.
- • You will continuously identify new opportunities within accelerator and VC ecosystems to expand Deel’s influence, such as integrating into program curricula or sponsoring founder initiatives.
- • You will track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including founder engagement rates, pipeline velocity, conversion ratios, and revenue contribution, using data to optimize partnership strategies and demonstrate ROI.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in the startup and venture capital ecosystem, with proven success in partnerships, sales, or program management roles
- • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain authentic, high-trust relationships with founders, VCs, and accelerator leaders, coupled with strong self-motivation and a track record of top performance
- • Excellent written and spoken English, with strong storytelling and communication skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences effectively
- • Proven analytical skills, including the ability to measure, track, and report on partnership program impact using data-driven insights
- • Experience working independently and proactively in fast-paced, high-growth environments where ambiguity is common and adaptability is essential
- • Strong collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies and execute joint initiatives
