đź“‹ Description
- • Own the Western United States P&L for the nation’s fastest-growing HVAC services platform, directly accountable for 200-300M in annual revenue across multiple best-in-class residential and commercial brands.
- • Serve as the strategic and cultural bridge between national leadership and local operating companies, translating high-level vision into daily execution that field teams embrace and customers rave about.
- • Travel 40-50% across California, Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Colorado to embed the platform playbook—pricing models, customer-acquisition engines, technician-efficiency programs, safety protocols, and white-glove service standards—into every branch and van.
- • Build and coach a regional leadership bench of 8-12 high-caliber general managers, creating succession pipelines so strong that any GM could step into your shoes within 12-18 months.
- • Lead post-acquisition integration for 3-5 deals per year, harmonizing cultures, systems, and processes within 90 days while capturing at least 10% EBITDA synergies through shared purchasing, route density, and cross-selling initiatives.
- • Drive a culture of accountability by instituting weekly KPI dashboards, monthly business reviews, and quarterly OKR cycles that make performance transparent and celebrated.
- • Champion safety as a non-negotiable; reduce TRIR year-over-year by embedding daily huddles, ride-alongs, and technician coaching that turns safety into a competitive advantage.
- • Partner with the national marketing team to localize customer-acquisition campaigns, leveraging data analytics to double digital lead flow and triple referral rates within 24 months.
- • Optimize technician productivity through dynamic dispatching, flat-rate pricing, and AI-enabled inventory management, targeting a 25% increase in revenue per truck roll.
- • Negotiate enterprise-level vendor agreements that cut material costs by 8-12% while improving fill rates and warranty support, funneling savings straight to the bottom line.
- • Represent the region in board and PE-investor meetings, presenting clear narratives on growth, margin expansion, and culture that inspire follow-on capital and strategic confidence.
- • Instill a “people-first” ethos by launching technician career-path programs, diversity initiatives, and community-give-back days that reduce turnover to under 15% annually.
- • Leverage advanced BI tools to turn mountains of field data into actionable insights—spotting geographic whitespace, pricing elasticity, and service mix opportunities before competitors see them.
- • Collaborate with the technology team to pilot IoT-enabled predictive maintenance offerings, opening new recurring-revenue streams and deepening customer lifetime value.
- • Serve as the public face of the company at industry conferences, trade associations, and local chambers, positioning the platform as the employer and service provider of choice across the West Coast.
