- • Lead the strategic vision and roadmap for Anomali's groundbreaking AI-Powered Security Operations Platform, focusing on the development and integration of autonomous Security Operations Center (SOC+) features.
- • Drive the definition and execution of AI-driven product initiatives, ensuring alignment with market needs, customer requirements, and Anomali's overarching business objectives.
- • Translate cutting-edge AI/ML research, including Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented reasoning, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, and reinforcement learning, into tangible, production-ready product capabilities.
- • Collaborate closely with Product leadership, Engineering, Data Science, and Security Research teams to meticulously define technical requirements, prioritize feature development, and guide the creation of an autonomous SOC+ product.
- • Champion the development of features that automate critical aspects of security operations, such as threat detection, triage, response, and analyst decision support, operating at enterprise scale.
- • This is a highly strategic and hands-on product management role, demanding a unique blend of deep technical fluency in AI/ML, a thorough understanding of security operations workflows, and a forward-thinking strategic vision to shape the future of AI in enterprise security.
- • Define and champion the product strategy for autonomous AI features within the SOC+ platform, establishing clear objectives, key results, and success metrics that quantify the impact and value of these innovations.
- • Actively contribute to the technical architecture discussions, ensuring that AI capabilities are translated into scalable, reliable, and secure product features, including sophisticated agentic AI workflows, automated alert prioritization, advanced threat detection mechanisms, and robust multi-agent orchestration systems.
- • Partner with dedicated evaluation and reliability teams to establish Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and critical operational guardrails for all autonomous AI systems, ensuring their performance, safety, and trustworthiness.
- • Deeply analyze and map existing SOC analyst and incident response workflows to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI automation, with a relentless focus on enhancing usability, explainability, traceability, and auditability of AI-driven actions.
- • Provide cross-functional leadership, working seamlessly with Product, Engineering, Security Research, User Experience (UX), and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to drive feature prioritization, validate technical feasibility, and ensure that all new capabilities are production-ready and meet the highest standards of quality.
- • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for Anomali's AI-driven SOC automation capabilities, representing the product internally and externally through executive briefings, industry panels, webinars, and the creation of insightful whitepapers.
- • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team, encouraging experimentation and the adoption of new AI techniques to solve complex security challenges.
- • Ensure that the product roadmap reflects a deep understanding of the evolving threat landscape and the increasing need for intelligent automation in cybersecurity operations.
- • Work to ensure that AI-driven features are not only technically sound but also ethically developed and deployed, adhering to principles of fairness, transparency, and accountability.
- • Engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback, validate product hypotheses, and build strong relationships that inform product strategy and development.
- • Contribute to the overall product management discipline within Anomali, sharing best practices and mentoring other product managers where appropriate.
- • Drive the go-to-market strategy for new AI features, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
- • Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and emerging AI technologies to identify opportunities and threats, adapting the product strategy as needed.
