- • R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a highly accomplished and transformational Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sales to spearhead national growth initiatives for its Revenue Performance Solutions (RPS) business.
- • This executive leadership role is paramount, as the SVP will be the senior-most sales leader for the RPS division, holding ultimate responsibility for its commercial strategy and revenue outcomes.
- • The position demands providing enterprise-level direction, comprehensive oversight, and unwavering accountability across all operational regions and sales leadership teams.
- • A key objective will be to build and scale a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of excellence and driving consistent revenue generation.
- • The SVP will be instrumental in expanding market share by strategically positioning and selling modular, outcome-focused solutions that directly address client needs and deliver measurable impact.
- • A significant focus will be placed on accelerating the adoption of AI-enabled Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) offerings, requiring clear monetization strategies and effective market positioning.
- • The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), a robust network of relationships with provider-side executives, and a proven history of successfully closing complex, enterprise-scale deals.
- • What You’ll Own:
- • National revenue performance, encompassing bookings, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment, managed through rigorous sales governance and a structured operating rhythm.
- • The commercial strategy and go-to-market architecture for all RPS solutions, ensuring alignment with evolving client needs and dynamic market conditions.
- • Business performance discipline, including a keen understanding of deal economics, providing input on pricing strategies, and maintaining operational rigor in close partnership with Finance and executive leadership, demonstrating P&L stewardship.
- • Executive-level client growth, by cultivating and nurturing durable, strategic relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders within hospital and health systems nationwide.
- • The commercialization of AI-enabled RCM solutions, which includes defining segmentation, packaging, positioning, and developing effective monetization strategies to drive adoption and competitive advantage.
- • Key Responsibilities:
- • Enterprise Growth Strategy & Market Leadership:
- • Define and set the strategic vision for national RPS growth, including market prioritization, competitive positioning, and the development of scalable expansion plans.
- • Develop and lead the RPS go-to-market strategy, encompassing client segmentation, optimal coverage models, effective sales motions, and compelling, differentiated messaging.
- • Drive market share expansion by expertly positioning modular, outcome-focused solutions that are precisely tailored to client priorities and demonstrate measurable impact.
- • Lead the commercialization efforts for AI-enabled RCM solutions, driving the monetization strategy and market positioning to accelerate adoption and establish a strong competitive differentiation.
- • National Sales Leadership & Organizational Scale:
- • Provide authoritative national leadership and oversight to all Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), establishing a unified vision, clear performance expectations, and consistent operating standards across all regions.
- • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization, cultivating a strong culture of accountability, collaboration, and a relentless focus on results.
- • Coach and develop RVPs and other sales leaders to enhance their enterprise selling capabilities, solutioning expertise, and client engagement strategies.
- • Establish and rigorously enforce sales discipline through meticulous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and consistent performance tracking.
- • Cross-Functional Executive Partnership:
- • Shape solution strategy in close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Client Success teams to ensure differentiated positioning and seamless, effective execution.
- • Partner effectively with Operations, Finance, and Legal departments to ensure the development of scalable commercial processes, clean deal execution, and predictable, sustainable growth outcomes.
- • Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, contributing to the refinement of RPS growth priorities and the long-term commercial strategy.
- • Executive Client Engagement:
- • Establish and maintain high-level executive relationships with hospital and health system leaders to strengthen strategic partnerships and identify opportunities for enterprise expansion.
- • Represent R1 and RPS externally at key industry events and client-facing forums as a visible, credible, and authoritative executive leader.
