- • Own the end-to-end digital experience for Zelis’ public web properties, serving 750+ payers and millions of providers and consumers. You will architect a content and analytics engine that turns every click into insight and every insight into revenue.
- • Partner with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, and Demand Gen to build a living content strategy that maps to user personas, buyer-journey stages, and pipeline targets. Translate quarterly OKRs into weekly content sprints and measurable KPIs.
- • Govern a multi-site, multi-audience CMS (WordPress/Sitecore/DXP) ensuring brand consistency, SEO hygiene, accessibility compliance, and rapid publishing workflows. Own the editorial calendar, content taxonomy, tagging standards, and UTM governance so every asset is findable, attributable, and reusable.
- • Design and maintain a best-in-class analytics framework using Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Instrument events, goals, and custom dimensions that track micro-conversions (scroll depth, form engagement, demo requests) all the way to closed-won revenue inside Salesforce.
- • Build and socialize executive dashboards that surface traffic trends, content ROI, funnel leakage, and CAC payback. Present weekly to CMO and quarterly to the ELT, translating raw numbers into stories that justify budget and shape roadmap.
- • Lead a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing program (Optimizely, Adobe Target, VWO) across landing pages, CTAs, and content modules. Achieve statistical significance on at least two tests per month and document playbooks that scale across teams.
- • Champion personalization and segmentation strategies that deliver dynamic content experiences based on industry vertical, funnel stage, and engagement score. Partner with Marketing Ops to sync CMS, CRM, and MAP data for real-time content swaps and progressive profiling.
- • Drive SEO and CRO excellence—conduct keyword gap analyses, on-page optimization, schema markup, and backlink audits while simultaneously optimizing conversion paths to lift MQL→SQL conversion by 20% year-over-year.
- • Collaborate with UX, Product, and Engineering to redesign high-value templates (pricing, solutions, resource center) using heat-map insights, session recordings, and user-testing feedback. Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance and mobile-first performance budgets (<2s LCP).
- • Own the integration roadmap for CMS, CRM, and marketing automation platforms. Scope and manage migrations, consolidations, and martech stack enhancements—especially critical during M&A activity.
- • Mentor a cross-functional squad of content strategists, designers, and developers. Run agile ceremonies, manage Jira backlog, and foster a culture of experimentation, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- • Stay ahead of digital trends—evaluate headless CMS, CDP, and AI-driven content tools; pilot lighthouse projects that future-proof Zelis’ digital footprint and reduce time-to-publish by 30%.
- • Ensure legal, privacy, and security standards are met across all web properties. Partner with InfoSec to maintain SOC 2 controls and with Legal to manage cookie consent and data-retention policies.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years managing enterprise-scale web content and analytics programs in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- • Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and at least one enterprise CMS (WordPress VIP, Sitecore, or equivalent DXP)
- • Demonstrated success running A/B and multivariate tests that drove measurable pipeline impact; statistical analysis and experiment design skills required
- • Deep understanding of SEO best practices, schema markup, and conversion rate optimization tactics that translate to revenue growth
- • Proven ability to build and present executive-level dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or Power BI, translating data into strategic recommendations
- • Experience integrating CMS, CRM (Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, or HubSpot) to enable closed-loop reporting
