Every policy you draft, every image you harden and every automation you ship directly enables teachers, police officers and social workers to serve citizens faster and more safely.
• • Own the complete modern-workplace stack: You design and maintain Windows 11/10, macOS and Linux endpoints, Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot, Defender for Endpoint, Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams telephony and the surrounding security controls. From golden image to self-service portal, you decide how devices are built, patched, monitored and retired.
• • Drive zero-touch deployment at scale: Leveraging Intune, PowerShell, Chocolatey, Homebrew and AutoPkg you reduce onboarding time from hours to minutes. Your OSD task sequences, compliance policies and app-packaging standards are so rock-solid that 500 new hires can be productive on day one without a single ticket.
• • Be the security conscience of the workplace: You translate NIST, BSI and ISO 27001 controls into tangible endpoint hardening scripts, conditional-access rules and attack-surface-reduction policies. Purple-team exercises and threat modelling sessions with your SecOps colleagues keep ransomware, phishing and insider threats at bay.
• • Automate everything that moves: Whether it’s patching, certificate rotation, BitLocker escrow or license harvesting, if it happens twice you script it. Your PowerShell, Bash and Python automations run in Azure Functions, GitHub Actions and Jenkins, cutting manual effort by 70 % and freeing the team for higher-value work.
• • Champion user experience and self-service: You build and maintain a modern ServiceNow portal where employees can reset passwords, install software, request local admin rights or enrol a new device without ever calling the helpdesk. Usability metrics and CSAT scores guide every iteration.
