- • As an SEO & GEO Manager at Seer Interactive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of search strategy by blending traditional SEO expertise with emerging generative engine optimization (GEO) practices, directly impacting how brands are discovered in an AI-driven search landscape. Your work will help clients navigate the evolution from keyword rankings to visibility in AI Overviews, LLMs, and generative results, ensuring they remain competitive and visible where audiences are actually searching.
- • You will partner with clients as a strategic consultant to develop and execute comprehensive search strategies that align with broader marketing and business objectives, leveraging data, AI, and human-centered insights to drive measurable outcomes in visibility, traffic, and engagement across both traditional and AI-integrated search experiences.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting technical SEO audits, analyzing search performance data, identifying opportunities for content optimization, and recommending improvements to site architecture, indexing, and crawlability to enhance discoverability in both traditional and generative search results.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content strategies that address user intent across the funnel, optimizing for visibility in AI-generated responses, featured snippets, and knowledge panels while ensuring content is structured for machine understanding and LLM consumption.
- • You will monitor and interpret shifts in search behavior driven by AI advancements, testing emerging tools and platforms (such as generative AI interfaces, LLM APIs, and AI-powered search features) to inform strategy and advise clients on adapting to evolving discovery experiences.
- • You will produce clear, actionable reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders, translating complex data and technical findings into strategic recommendations that support business goals and demonstrate ROI.
- • You will contribute to Seer’s culture of learning and innovation by sharing insights with the team, participating in AI Council initiatives, and helping refine internal methodologies around AI-enhanced SEO workflows and responsible AI use in client deliverables.
- • You will stay ahead of industry trends by researching algorithm updates, AI search developments, and changes in SERP features, ensuring Seer remains at the forefront of ethical, data-driven, and technologically advanced search consulting.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in SEO strategy, technical SEO, and performance analysis with a strong understanding of how search engines crawl, index, and rank content.
- • Demonstrated ability to analyze search data using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms to derive actionable insights.
- • Familiarity with emerging AI-driven search experiences, including AI Overviews, generative results, and LLM-powered discovery, and how they impact content visibility and user behavior.
- • Strong communication and consulting skills, with experience presenting complex strategies to clients and stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner.
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment, managing multiple client projects while maintaining high standards of quality and accountability.
