- • Lead a team of SEO specialists focused on delivering data-driven, human-centered digital marketing strategies for clients across diverse industries.
- • Collaborate directly with C-level executives to articulate SEO strategy, business impact, and ROI beyond basic metrics like clicks and conversions.
- • Balance technical SEO excellence with ethical, user-first content practices that prioritize helping people find answers over manipulating search rankings.
- • Act as a hands-on mentor and coach, providing direct support to team members to deepen their understanding of SEO tactics, tools, and best practices.
- • Drive the integration of responsible, human-centered AI tools into daily SEO workflows to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic insight.
- • Participate in the company-wide AI Council to contribute to education, implementation, and continuous learning around AI adoption in digital marketing.
- • Analyze millions of quantitative and qualitative data points to uncover insights that inform client strategies and improve long-term performance.
- • Foster a culture of transparency, truth-seeking, and accountability within the team and across client engagements.
- • Develop and refine processes that align SEO outcomes with client business goals, ensuring sustainable growth and client satisfaction.
- • Stay current with evolving search engine algorithms, industry trends, and emerging technologies to maintain Seer’s position as a thought leader in digital marketing.
- • Champion Seer’s B-Corp values by ensuring all client work reflects compassion, integrity, and community impact.
- • Manage team performance metrics, set development goals, and conduct regular one-on-ones to support professional growth and retention.
- • Serve as the primary point of contact for client SEO strategy reviews, presenting findings and recommendations with clarity and confidence.
- • Work within continental U.S. business hours to ensure seamless collaboration with team members and clients across time zones.
- • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing through documentation, training sessions, and cross-departmental initiatives.
- • Maintain a growth mindset, consistently seeking feedback and opportunities to improve personal and team performance.

- • Support remote-first operations while being open to occasional in-person collaboration at the Philadelphia HQ if preferred.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience leading an SEO team in a digital marketing agency or similar environment
- • Deep expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, and search engine algorithm updates
- • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex SEO concepts to C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders
- • Experience integrating AI tools into SEO workflows with a focus on ethical, human-centered implementation
- • Strong mentorship skills with a track record of developing high-performing team members
- • U.S. residency and ability to work continental U.S. business hours
