- • The Server Delivery Specialist role at Centific Global Technologies Pte. Ltd. is critical to ensuring accurate, timely, and secure server deployment and data center operations, directly supporting the company’s mission to deliver scalable AI infrastructure through precise logistics and operational excellence.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining delivery data accuracy in platforms, acting as first-tier support for system exceptions, coordinating power oversubscription event responses, managing server relocation logistics (including approvals, stakeholder communication, and vendor coordination), tracking long-tail server performance for process improvement, managing inventory of data center accessories (AOC, CAT5, Rack, RPDU, Sidepanel), performing data validation and cleaning for asset and operational data, and supporting IPIO operations for offsite facilities.
- • Centific is a frontier AI data foundry with over 150 PhDs and data scientists, 4,000+ AI practitioners, and a global network of 1.8 million vertical domain experts across 230 markets. The company specializes in creating pre-trained datasets, fine-tuned LLMs, and RAG pipelines to enable safe, scalable GenAI deployment for enterprise clients, reducing AI costs by up to 80% and accelerating time-to-market by 50%.
- • In this role, the individual will develop deep expertise in data center logistics, asset lifecycle management, and operational coordination within high-stakes AI infrastructure environments. They will gain hands-on experience with enterprise-scale hardware systems, cross-functional stakeholder management, and data-driven process improvement—building a strong foundation for careers in IT operations, infrastructure support, or technical program management within advanced technology firms.
