- • As a Service Center Representative at Banner Health, you will provide essential customer service to physicians, staff, health plan members, employees, payors, and the community, supporting care coordination and access to benefits and services.
- • Day to day, you will receive, document, research, and respond to high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat; prepare correspondence; resolve issues through collaboration with internal and external teams; and ensure timely, accurate information delivery on benefit programs, prior authorizations, billing, and provider access.
- • You will be part of Banner Staffing Services-AZ, a remote-based team within Banner Health committed to pay equity, transparency, and offering flexible work options, career growth, and a supportive environment despite the assignment-based nature of the role.
