- • As a Service Delivery Automation Architect at Rimini Street, you will design and enable automation solutions across enterprise Application Managed Services operations to improve efficiency, quality, and consistency in service delivery workflows.
- • Day to day, you will partner with service delivery teams to identify automation opportunities, analyze current workflows, design scalable automation frameworks using ServiceNow, ERP systems, APIs, scripting, RPA, and AI, prioritize automation backlogs, and provide architectural guidance to automation engineers during implementation.
- • You will join a global team within Rimini Street’s Service Delivery Operations, working closely with regional and global delivery teams to align automation initiatives with shared standards and reusable patterns across a company supporting over 6,000 clients in 160 countries.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise automation, service management platforms, and global process standardization while driving measurable impact on operational efficiency and scalability across product lines and regions.
