📋 Description

• The Service Delivery Manager is a strategic operational leader within Verdant’s Product & IT organization, driving alignment between IT/Product teams and Axos’s PMO and business units to ensure projects are delivered with rigor, vendor and procurement relationships are managed effectively, and cross-functional priorities move forward with accountability.
• Day to day, the role involves serving as the primary liaison between Verdant IT/Product and Axos PMO, managing the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for software and vendor contracts, facilitating sprint ceremonies and governance meetings, maintaining real-time project dashboards, tracking progress against OKRs, identifying process inefficiencies, supporting audits through documentation, and applying an AI-forward mindset to improve delivery speed and reduce manual effort.
• The team operates within Axos Financial’s Product & IT organization, collaborating closely with PMO, business units, Compliance, and Risk teams in a regulated financial services environment focused on technology-driven innovation and operational excellence.
• In this role, the individual can develop expertise in IT governance, program management, vendor management, and AI-enabled process optimization while gaining deep exposure to financial services operations and contributing to scalable, compliant technology delivery at a publicly traded, innovative financial institution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, IT operations, or technology delivery
• PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience working within a formal PMO framework
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement processes
