- • As a Service Delivery Manager at R1 RCM Inc., you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and client success within the healthcare revenue cycle space, ensuring that hospital clients receive high-performing, data-informed service delivery aligned with strategic goals.
- • Day to day, you will develop and deliver executive presentations, analyze performance metrics, identify improvement projects, partner with internal operations teams, and advocate for change initiatives to optimize client outcomes and align operational objectives across hospital organizations.
- • You will join a growing, mission-driven team at R1 RCM Inc., a leader in healthcare revenue cycle management, where collaboration, innovation, and bold thinking are encouraged to improve patient care and community impact.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in healthcare operations, data-driven decision making, change management, and cross-functional leadership, with opportunities to grow into broader operational or strategic leadership positions.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of operational experience, including at least 3 years in Revenue Cycle and 2+ years of management experience
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- • Proven ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations and communicate complex performance metrics and insights
- • Experience leading analytics efforts to communicate performance trends and drive action plans
- • Demonstrated skill in partnering with internal teams and functional leaders to align operational objectives and develop remediation plans
- • Proactive identification of improvement projects and advocacy for change initiatives across hospital organizations

- • Competitive base pay range of $65,000.00 - $116,747.20 per year
