- • The Service Delivery Specialist supports the Carrier channel by coordinating the delivery of Sparklight’s suite of products for carrier customers, ensuring seamless deployment and ongoing service management.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing multiple deployment projects, providing documentation and status updates, coordinating with internal teams and external carrier contacts, and resolving service issues before, during, and after activation.
- • The role involves close collaboration with Network Engineering, Local Operations, Business NOC, and other operational support organizations to maintain high satisfaction levels and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- • This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in fiber deployment, project coordination, and carrier relationship management while contributing to organizational goals and brand principles in a remote-friendly environment across multiple U.S. states.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or GED with three to five years of related experience and/or training; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- • Previous experience in the cable industry, specifically in fiber deployment, configuration, and project management.
- • Intermediate proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Visio; knowledge of Salesforce.com and ServiceNow preferred.
- • Understanding of ROI and RFP processes; thorough working knowledge of WAN/LAN topology in MSO or Telco contexts.
- • Proven ability to collaborate with support organizations for complete customer resolution, with strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
- • Willingness to travel up to 5% as needed.
