📋 Description
- • The Service Desk Analyst role is a critical frontline position within the iatricSystems Service Center, serving as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues through incident, problem, event management, and service fulfillment processes.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include creating, updating, and managing service tickets (iTask), performing contact identification, logging, categorization, prioritization, diagnosis, and resolution of customer issues, and escalating to higher support levels when necessary or closing tickets appropriately.
- • The role operates within the Service Desk & Technical Management (Service Support Operations Center) team at Harris Computer Systems Corporation, supporting healthcare technology solutions with a focus on delivering reliable, customer-centric technical support.
- • This position offers the opportunity to develop strong technical troubleshooting, customer communication, and IT service management skills, with potential growth into advanced support, team leadership, or specialized technical roles within the organization.
