📋 Description

  • • As a Service Desk Specialist at Playson Limited, you will be a critical enabler of seamless employee productivity by ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations across the Bratislava Hub and remote workforce. Your role directly supports business continuity by resolving technical issues swiftly, maintaining system integrity, and empowering teams to focus on their core work without disruption.
  • • You will serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries, providing timely and professional support to employees across departments, managing the full lifecycle of user access and equipment, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT services through documentation, process refinement, and proactive infrastructure enhancements.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include: delivering responsive IT support to remote and on-site employees via ticketing systems and direct communication; managing user account lifecycle including provisioning, permission adjustments, and deprovisioning during onboarding and offboarding; preparing, configuring, and deploying employee workstations (macOS and Windows) with standardized software and security settings; overseeing IT equipment procurement, delivery, tracking, and inventory management to ensure optimal asset utilization; diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system issues ranging from peripheral malfunctions to application access problems; maintaining accurate and up-to-date IT documentation, asset records, and knowledge base articles for internal tools such as Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), and GitHub; assisting with foundational cloud access management tasks across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments; participating in IT infrastructure and security improvement initiatives, including patch management, access reviews, and endpoint protection updates; collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine IT processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and security standards.
