- ⢠As a Service Desk Specialist at Playson Limited, you will be the frontline technical support ensuring seamless IT operations for employees across remote and on-site environments, directly enabling productivity and business continuity through reliable technology access and support.
- ⢠You will provide day-to-day IT support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and system issues, managing user accounts and permissions, handling onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing and configuring workstations, maintaining IT documentation and asset records, supporting internal tools like Google Workspace, Atlassian, and GitHub, assisting with cloud access management (AWS/GCP/Azure basics), managing IT equipment procurement and inventory, and participating in IT infrastructure and security improvements.

šÆ Requirements
- ⢠2+ years of experience in IT support, Service Desk, or system administration
- ⢠Proven experience with access management, user onboarding/offboarding, and equipment provisioning
- ⢠Hands-on experience supporting both macOS and Windows operating systems
- ⢠Foundational understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and TCP/IP
- ⢠Proficiency with ticketing systems for tracking and resolving user issues
- ⢠Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and GitHub access management
- ⢠Experience maintaining accurate IT documentation and asset records
- ⢠Fluency in Ukrainian and basic proficiency in English
