  • • As a Service Manager (m/w/d) for the HCS division at Miele Professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and exceptional service delivery for our high-quality commercial machinery.
  • • Miele Professional is a distinguished leader in providing premium commercial machines, offering sophisticated and economically viable solutions for comprehensive textile and laundry care, dishwashing, and the hygienic reprocessing of medical instruments and laboratory glassware.
  • • The HCS (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering - Care - Self-Service) division specifically focuses on laundry and gastronomy technology, serving a discerning clientele that prioritizes quality, safety, and uninterrupted service continuity.
  • • Your primary responsibility will be the technical support and management of customers within the laundry and gastronomy technology sectors, working collaboratively with your dedicated team of service technicians across Central and Eastern Switzerland.
  • • You will be instrumental in guiding and coaching your service technician team, providing on-site support during customer engagements when necessary, and ensuring they are equipped to deliver Miele's renowned service standards.
  • • A key aspect of your role will involve translating and achieving strategic target agreements, ensuring that team performance aligns with overarching business objectives.
