- • Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships through phone marketing, WeChat, and internet platforms, supporting specified regions and achieving maintenance, relocation, and leasing service product sales targets.
- • Respond quickly to online customers' technical consultations, collaborate with technical teams to provide solutions, and drive the procurement process to closure.
- • Regularly analyze customer procurement data and industry dynamics, using CRM systems to accurately dig up potential demands and proactively develop incremental business opportunities.
- • Maintain customer files and regularly review them, formulate personalized follow-up strategies, and ensure high repeat purchase rates.
- • Cooperate well with internal colleagues and perform assistant work.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
- • 2+ years of sales experience in a similar industry.
- • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis.
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
