  • • As a ServiceNow Business Analyst at Guidehouse, you will be at the forefront of digital transformation, playing a pivotal role in leading and shaping ServiceNow projects for our diverse clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between complex business needs and robust technical solutions, ensuring that our clients leverage the full potential of the ServiceNow platform. This involves deep engagement with clients and end-users to meticulously identify, analyze, and translate functional requirements into actionable specifications that guide development efforts.
  • • You will collaborate closely with our talented ServiceNow development teams, providing clear direction and detailed requirements for the design, development, implementation, and ongoing administration of ServiceNow applications. Your expertise will be crucial in translating intricate business challenges and objectives into effective technical designs and practical solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be supporting the entire lifecycle of ServiceNow projects. This includes maintaining frequent and meaningful engagement with stakeholders at all levels, from initial discovery through to post-implementation support. You will be instrumental in capturing current state processes, identifying critical pain points, and architecting future state processes that are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • • Your work will directly influence the enhancement and configuration of ServiceNow applications. You will act as a vital liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment throughout the development process. This collaborative approach guarantees that the solutions delivered not only meet but exceed client expectations.
  • • To drive innovation and continuous improvement, you will be expected to stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow products, features, and emerging industry trends. This forward-thinking approach will enable you to provide strategic recommendations for optimizing existing ServiceNow implementations and identify opportunities for leveraging new capabilities.
  • • You will be responsible for building essential functional work products, including but not limited to, detailed process maps, comprehensive design documents, and clear communication plans. These artifacts are critical for project clarity, stakeholder alignment, and successful project execution.
  • • Furthermore, your role will encompass supporting functional product testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that the developed solutions meet all specified requirements and user needs. You will also be responsible for creating thorough technical and functional documentation that supports the deployed ServiceNow solutions, facilitating knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of FOUR (4) years of ServiceNow or similar technology implementation experience.
  • • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
  • • Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM, as well as App Engine and Scoped Apps.
  • • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • • Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance.
