- • ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst role focused on HRSD+CSM implementations, driving enterprise transformation through AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions at NewRocket, an Elite ServiceNow Partner with two decades of expertise in enabling trusted AI adoption for global clients.
- • Understand and document business requirements and user stories for ServiceNow implementations; define customer needs, determine strategies, develop plans/proposals and make recommendations around internal processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness; own business requirements and agreement of priorities with clients/end users; conduct impact analysis on existing business processes and functions; produce functional specifications, wireframes, and mock-ups for delivery teams; partner with technical team to conduct demos and show & tell sessions with client end users; contribute to writing test scripts including acceptance criteria; facilitate testing/UAT and obtain agreement on priorities with client/end users.

- • Opportunity to achieve multiple ServiceNow certifications through official training, deepen expertise in HRSD and CSM modules, lead complex implementations, and grow into a trusted advisor role shaping enterprise ServiceNow strategy while working on innovative, AI-integrated solutions for global clients.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
- • Proven ServiceNow experience with expertise in HRSD+CSM
- • Strong knowledge of business process architecture principles for cloud-based platforms
- • Strong experience with ServiceNow Platforms in Integration, Security Center, Upgrade, Debugging, Custom Application
- • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills
- • Ability to assess and mitigate risk
- • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex situations
- • Strong relationship management skills with all levels
- • Good documentation and stakeholder communication skills
- • A four-year undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or demonstrated work experience
- • Willingness and ability to continue education within the ServiceNow platform and complete ServiceNow competency certifications and module accreditations
- • Preferred: ServiceNow CSA certification
