  • ServiceNow Solution Consultant (Pre-Sales) role focused on leading complex technical solution development and advising clients on ServiceNow solutions to improve employee and customer experiences through AI-enabled digital workflows.
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, developing and articulating technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences, conducting product demonstrations, scoping and delivering Proof of Concept/Proof of Value engagements, collaborating with sales teams on customer qualification, providing mentorship to junior consultants, and leading competitive analyses.
  • NewRocket is an Elite ServiceNow Partner and Global Partner Award Winner with over 20 years of experience, having completed 3,000+ projects across nine industry specializations and recognized with multiple 2023-2024 ServiceNow Partner Awards for workflow delivery and innovation.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years of Solution Consulting or Sales Engineering experience in the ServiceNow platform industry
  • Expert-level knowledge of technical solution development and full sales life cycle
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform and strong communication skills to influence senior decision-makers
