  • • Join SHI International Corp., a $16 billion global provider of IT solutions and services, as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant and play a pivotal role in our expanding ServiceNow practice. You will be instrumental in driving technology adoption and ensuring seamless service delivery for our diverse clientele, leveraging your expertise to implement and optimize ServiceNow solutions. This role is crucial for enabling organizations worldwide to solve their next technological challenges, contributing directly to SHI's mission of helping clients achieve their goals through innovative technology solutions.
  • • As a ServiceNow Technical Consultant, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass a wide range of technical implementation tasks. You will be responsible for installing and configuring ServiceNow integration functionality, ensuring smooth operation for both provider and consumer environments. This includes setting up vendor catalog items, meticulously managing data mappings, and configuring complex data transformations to align with client-specific requirements. A key aspect of your role will involve configuring remote tasks to enable robust bi-directional synchronization, ensuring data consistency and flow across integrated systems. You will also be tasked with applying and maintaining the customer onboarding playbook, including its associated workflows, to ensure a standardized and efficient client integration process. Your expertise will be vital in validating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and baseline functionality, ensuring that the implemented solutions meet all predefined criteria and perform as expected. You will actively support customer testers, providing clear instructions and workflow guidance to facilitate their testing process. Furthermore, you will be responsible for troubleshooting UAT issues, triaging them with internal teams as needed, and ensuring the readiness of the UAT environment by confirming that all acceptance criteria have been met. Your role extends to building and updating test plans and test suites for ongoing development and deployments, as well as supporting regression testing during system upgrades to maintain stability and performance. A significant contribution will be reducing manual test effort through the implementation of automation coverage, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
  • • You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) on deployed Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) functionality within ServiceNow, providing expert advice on expected solution behaviors and best practices to both internal teams and clients. This involves guiding customers through the execution of onboarding playbooks and associated workflows, ensuring they understand and can effectively utilize the implemented solutions. Your ability to guide customers through testing, including test scenario validation and workflow navigation, will be critical to successful project completion. You will also be responsible for executing onboarding playbooks and associated workflows, ensuring a consistent and high-quality client experience. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and other technical specialists, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. You will be expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of our ServiceNow implementation methodologies and best practices, sharing your knowledge and insights with the wider team.
  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to deepen your technical expertise in ServiceNow, particularly within the Technology Provider Service Management (TPSM) domain. You will gain hands-on experience with advanced ServiceNow features such as Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and cross-instance integrations, further enhancing your skill set. You can expect to develop your consulting and customer-facing skills by deploying complex, multi-platform solutions and guiding clients through critical testing phases. This position offers significant opportunities for professional growth and leadership within SHI's dynamic IT solutions and services environment. You will be instrumental in shaping how organizations leverage technology to achieve their business objectives, contributing to impactful projects that drive innovation and efficiency. The role provides a platform to build strong client relationships and establish yourself as a trusted advisor in the ServiceNow ecosystem, with potential for career advancement within SHI's expanding ServiceNow practice.
  • • The company culture at SHI International Corp. emphasizes a commitment to diversity, continuous professional growth, and providing comprehensive benefits. As the largest minority- and woman-owned enterprise in the U.S., SHI fosters an inclusive environment where employees can thrive. You will benefit from continuous professional development and leadership opportunities, supported by world-class facilities and the technology needed to excel. The team is dedicated to delivering exceptional IT solutions and services, with a focus on collaboration, innovation, and client success. You will be part of a growing organization that values its employees and invests in their future, offering a supportive and dynamic work environment where your contributions are recognized and rewarded. This is an opportunity to join a company that is not only a leader in the IT industry but also a champion for diversity and employee well-being, offering a stable and rewarding career path.
