📋 Description

• • As a Services Enablement Analyst at OneSource Virtual (OSV), you will play a pivotal role within the BPaaS Enablement group, serving as a key resource for implementing OSV's innovative services within client Workday tenants.
• • This position is crucial for ensuring the successful integration and functionality of OSV's Business-Process-as-a-Service (BPaaS) solutions, which empower over 1,000 Workday customers to transform their HR, payroll, and finance operations.
• • You will collaborate closely with a dedicated team, other Workday partners, OSV Operations teams, and directly with clients to guarantee that the proper functionality is configured and in place for the initial cycles of the services purchased.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass assisting with the intricate Workday setup of OSV services, including the configuration of the Workday tenant and the security framework to ensure a seamless and secure integration.
• • A significant part of your role will involve collaborating effectively with your team members to gain in-depth knowledge of the Services implementation methodology, fostering a shared understanding of best practices and efficient workflows.
• • You will be expected to develop a clear and comprehensive understanding of the process flows across all the different systems and technologies involved in taking our customers live successfully, ensuring a smooth transition and operational readiness.
• • Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks during the implementation process and escalate them appropriately to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruption.
• • You will assist in the critical transition of the customer from the implementation team to the client services and support teams, ensuring a smooth handover and continued client satisfaction.
• • Contribute to other assigned activities within the functional area to ensure the ongoing support and success of OneSource Virtual's strategic initiatives and service offerings.
• • Review assigned cases and client-specific configurations to identify and implement resolutions for customers and/or internal users, contributing to a high level of service quality.
• • Play a supportive role in ensuring that projects are delivered within budget and on schedule, adhering to project management principles and timelines.
• • Assist the team with special projects that are in flight, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to diverse operational needs.
• • Support the testing and documentation of existing and new Service offerings, contributing to the continuous improvement and expansion of OSV's product suite.
• • You will be expected to assume other duties as assigned by your Manager, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to supporting the team's overall objectives.
