- • As a Services Inside Account Manager for Central Canada, you will drive growth in Agilent’s Services and Support Division by selling laboratory service products to customers with HPLC, LC/MS, GC, GC/MS, UV-Vis, CE, and networked data systems.
- • You will work closely with Field Account Managers and Product Specialists to acquire new customers and retain and grow existing contract accounts through inbound and outbound inside sales activities.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and providing follow-up—while collaborating across matrix teams including Service Delivery, Operations, Instrument Sales, and Consumables Sales.
- • You will develop and execute strategies to exceed sales targets, manage individual quota goals aligned with team objectives, and travel to customer sites as needed to support large renewals and new opportunities.
- • This role offers the chance to build deep expertise in analytical instrument service solutions while contributing to a multi-billion-dollar business with strong market growth potential.
- • You will strengthen your strategic account management, business development, and sales forecasting skills in a dynamic, high-achieving team environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or equivalent degree in a science field (highly preferred)
- • 2+ years of experience in sales or service of analytical or life science instrumentation
- • Proven ability to communicate the financial and operational value of service solutions to meet customer needs
- • Strong business development, sales negotiation, and closing skills
- • Excellent written and verbal communication and partnership-building abilities
- • Comfort interfacing at all levels within customer organizations
