Your primary mission will be to drive the adoption and revenue growth of Calix's comprehensive suite of implementation and managed services, empowering CSPs to simplify operations, reduce costs, and accelerate innovation.
  • • You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with existing Calix account teams, acting as a dedicated expert to identify and pursue services opportunities within both new and established accounts across the Northeast United States.
  • • This role demands a proactive and results-oriented approach, focusing on leading complex sales cycles from initiation to closure. You will be responsible for presenting sophisticated consulting and support solutions to C-level executives, articulating the tangible value and strategic advantages of Calix's service offerings.
  • • A key aspect of your responsibility will be to develop and execute tailored service plans in close partnership with account teams. These plans will be designed to maximize customer value, foster long-term revenue growth for Calix, and ensure deep customer satisfaction.
  • • You will leverage cutting-edge AI-driven insights and automation tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Salesforce, to enhance customer engagement, personalize sales approaches, and significantly boost your sales productivity.
  • • Accurate forecasting of sales activity and revenue is critical. You will meticulously manage and update sales pipelines within Salesforce, providing reliable projections to support business planning and resource allocation.
  • • You will be instrumental in promoting the Calix Services vision through compelling presentations, participation in industry events, and the execution of targeted sales initiatives designed to raise awareness and drive demand.
  • • Preparing and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations to executives and key stakeholders will be a regular duty, requiring a deep understanding of client needs and the ability to translate them into effective service solutions.
