📋 Description

• As a Field Service Technician (m/w/d) for Solenis LLC in Southern Germany, you will play a vital role in maintaining the hygiene and operational efficiency of commercial clients across key industries such as food and beverage, healthcare, hospitality, and facility management. Your work ensures that cleaning and dosing systems function reliably, directly contributing to public health, safety, and sustainability—core to Diversey’s mission of making cleaning and hygiene essential for a healthy life.
• Day to day, you will: maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships through regular on-site visits; perform contractually agreed interval service visits to prevent equipment failure; carry out technical service work and repairs on commercial dishwashing, dosing, and dispensing systems; install standard dosing and mixing equipment according to manufacturer specifications; troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic skills and technical documentation; prepare service reports and update customer records accurately; coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely spare parts availability; and adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental standards during field operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed electrotechnical vocational training or equivalent high technical affinity with commercial dishwashing machines, dosing systems, and related equipment
• Valid driver’s license (PKW) for reliable travel across the Southern Germany service region
• Ability to work independently with strong self-organization and time management skills
• Team-oriented mindset with demonstrated social competence and communication skills for effective customer and internal collaboration
