- • The Servigistics Account Manager at PTC Inc. acts as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring they achieve desired outcomes, maximize product value, and remain loyal by driving adoption, managing renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities. This role blends relationship management with product fluency to reduce churn and advocate for the customer internally. It plays a key role in ensuring the successful and timely knowledge and adoption delivery of PTC Servigistics solutions to achieve high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple engagements independently, with a supply chain background in High Tech, Medical Device, Automotive, Aerospace, or Defense being optimal.
- • Key responsibilities include customer onboarding and adoption, relationship management, performance monitoring, strategic advisory, upselling and advocacy, and internal advocacy as the 'voice of the customer' to provide feedback on improvements.
- • Required skills include strong verbal and written communication, relationship building, data analysis, problem-solving, and technical aptitude in SaaS environments.
- • Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics, minimum of 5 years’ experience in business processes or IT consulting, experience with supply chain operations, strong facilitation skills, experience designing enterprise solutions, self-directed and customer-focused mindset, and professional proficiency in English.
- • Willingness to travel up to 50% is expected.
- • PTC carefully considers a wide range of factors when determining compensation. The anticipated annual salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $175,000, reflecting a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
