- • The Market General Manager, Service role is responsible for implementing the service sales strategy for the assigned geographic area, driving achievement of all commercial business objectives through leading and coaching a service sales team.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include selling products, services, parts, solutions, or projects within assigned geographic areas, interpreting internal and external business challenges, recommending best practices, leading others to find creative solutions, evaluating quality of information, and communicating complex messages to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- • The role partners with the Market Service Director, commercial account community, and peer management staff to execute business growth and drive customer satisfaction, requiring funnel management expertise, forecasting, strategic planning, and selling skills.
- • The individual will lead a comprehensive team of service sales professionals including HSAMs, National Service Account Managers, and SSDLs, with opportunities to develop leadership, strategic planning, and commercial acumen while contributing to profitability goals and reporting directly to the President, USCAN Service Sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with 6+ years relevant experience
- • Demonstrated sales leadership/acumen
- • Previous experience leading teams
- • Strong commercial and financial acumen
- • Executive presence with customers
- • Must reside in market or adjacent market
