- • Qodeworld is seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer with InfoPath expertise to design, develop, and maintain robust SharePoint-based solutions that streamline business processes and enhance organizational productivity. This role is critical in transforming how teams collaborate, manage documents, and automate workflows within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, directly supporting operational efficiency and digital transformation initiatives.
- • The SharePoint Developer will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical execution, ensuring that SharePoint applications are not only functional but also secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise standards. By leveraging deep expertise in SharePoint, InfoPath, and modern automation tools, the incumbent will enable seamless information flow across departments, reduce manual effort, and improve user experience for internal stakeholders.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing SharePoint solutions for both Online and On-Premise environments, creating and maintaining InfoPath forms to capture and process business data efficiently, and customizing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and web parts to meet specific departmental requirements.
- • The developer will build and integrate workflows using SharePoint Designer and Power Automate to automate repetitive tasks such as approvals, notifications, and data routing, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
- • Ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of all SharePoint applications is a core duty, involving regular monitoring, optimization, and adherence to governance policies. The role also includes troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint-related issues promptly, providing technical support, and maintaining documentation for all developed solutions.
- • Additionally, the developer will stay current with evolving Microsoft 365 technologies, evaluate opportunities to migrate legacy InfoPath forms to Power Apps or modern alternatives, and contribute to best practices in SharePoint development, including SPFx and REST API integrations where applicable.

- • Strong experience in SharePoint Development (2013/2016/Online)
