- • As a SharePoint & Power Platform Developer at Qodeworld, you will play a critical role in modernizing enterprise collaboration and workflow systems by designing, building, and maintaining scalable solutions that enhance productivity across the organization. Your expertise will directly support digital transformation initiatives by replacing legacy systems with efficient, secure, and user-friendly Microsoft 365-based applications.
- • You will design and develop robust SharePoint Online and On-Premises solutions, including sites, lists, libraries, and custom workflows, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational governance standards.
- • You will build and customize Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-driven) to create tailored business applications that streamline operations and improve user experience across departments.
- • You will automate repetitive and complex business processes using Power Automate, reducing manual effort and increasing operational efficiency through intelligent workflow design.
- • You will lead the migration of legacy InfoPath forms to modern Power Platform solutions, ensuring data integrity, usability, and long-term maintainability while minimizing disruption to end users.
- • You will integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services, Power Platform components, and third-party systems using REST APIs, SPFx, and other development frameworks to create seamless, end-to-end solutions.
- • You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and project managers to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver solutions that meet functional and non-functional objectives.
- • You will uphold security, compliance, and governance best practices in all developments, ensuring solutions adhere to organizational policies and industry standards.
- • You will troubleshoot, optimize, and provide ongoing support for existing SharePoint and Power Platform applications, proactively identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
- • You will contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by staying current with emerging Microsoft technologies and sharing knowledge with the team.
- • You will work within an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely delivery and adaptive responses to changing business needs.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint development, including both SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments.
- • Strong proficiency in building and customizing Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) and Power Automate flows for business process automation.
- • Demonstrated experience with InfoPath forms, including design, maintenance, and migration strategies to Power Platform solutions.
- • Solid programming skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience working with SharePoint REST APIs and the SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- • Proven ability to integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services, Power Platform, and third-party systems using standard protocols and authentication methods.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
