📋 Description
- • As a Shipping Assistant for IT Equipment at Deel, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of hardware orders for global customers, directly supporting the company’s mission to enable seamless international work through its all-in-one HR and payroll platform. Your work will help maintain the reliability of Deel’s equipment management service, which is essential for businesses hiring and managing remote teams across borders.
- • You will collaborate closely with the order operations team to process, prepare, and ship IT equipment such as laptops, monitors, and peripherals to customers worldwide, ensuring that all items are correctly picked, packed, labeled, and dispatched in accordance with shipping timelines and quality standards.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing cycle counts and stock-takes to maintain inventory accuracy, organizing and replenishing stock in the warehouse, and identifying discrepancies to prevent fulfillment errors and support audit readiness.
- • You will have the opportunity to participate in process improvement initiatives and operational sprints aimed at increasing warehouse capacity, streamlining workflows, and enhancing scalability as Deel continues to grow its global footprint.

🎯 Requirements
- • Prior experience in a fulfillment warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment

- • Experience in IT fulfillment or handling electronic equipment is a plus
