- • As a pivotal member of the Asset Management Team, you will report directly to the Area Manager, taking ownership of the safe and optimal performance of a portfolio of renewable energy assets within South France.
- • This role is central to ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of four power plants, primarily wind farms, each comprising 5 to 6 wind turbines with advanced installed technology.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage contractors effectively, ensuring that planned and corrective maintenance activities are executed within stringent time, quality, and cost parameters across your designated region.

- • You will be authorized under HV safety rules, enabling you to coordinate critical component exchanges and ensure the safe execution of electrical maintenance tasks.
- • Investigating major outages thoroughly will be required to prevent recurrence and to embed lessons learned into operational procedures, thereby enhancing reliability.
- • Active participation in fault finding and rectification efforts, where feasible, will contribute to minimizing downtime and optimizing asset performance.
- • You will collaborate on value-added projects aimed at monitoring and enhancing asset efficiency, ensuring the correct installation and optimal operation of all equipment.
- • Commercially, you will be responsible for delivering works on site within defined budgets, striving to maximize profitability while upholding safety and quality standards.
- • Providing crucial input to annual budgets for both operating and capital expenditures will be a key financial responsibility.
- • Managing the wind farms in strict accordance with budgetary expectations, including the identification and clear communication of any variances, will be expected.
- • A continuous focus on performance improvements to enhance wind farm profitability, without ever compromising safety or quality, will be a driving force in your role.
- • You will be responsible for producing comprehensive monthly operational reports, detailing Asset Management activities, site performance metrics, and key achievements.
- • Collaborating closely with Operational Analysts to address and resolve any turbine performance issues will be a regular part of your workflow.
- • Providing well-reasoned written business cases to support new initiatives and improvement projects will be essential for driving strategic advancements.
- • As part of the team, you will participate in a rotational on-call rota system within the area, ensuring availability for site attendance and critical issue resolution outside of regular working hours.
- • This role requires a commitment to being on-site approximately 50% of the time, ensuring a strong physical presence and hands-on oversight of operations.
