• As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) on the 'Core SRE' team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the reliability, stability, and cost-efficiency of SentinelOne's 'Singularity Platform', our flagship, customer-facing service.
• The Singularity Platform serves over 12,000 B2B/B2G customers across more than 6 global regions and 2 major cloud service providers, making your impact substantial and far-reaching.
• This role offers the opportunity to drive significant outcomes by focusing on self-service and automation in deployment re-architecture, a critical aspect of modern SaaS operations.
• You will be instrumental in delivering SaaS products across diverse environments, including multi-cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped configurations, showcasing your adaptability and broad technical expertise.
• Your responsibilities will include leading the design and architecture of infrastructure, ensuring continuous delivery of software, conducting thorough incident post-mortems, providing valuable feedback to engineering architecture decisions, and automating repetitive operational tasks to reduce toil.
• You will collaborate within a like-minded team of SREs dedicated to maintaining the smooth operation of our services at scale by building robust platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in running site reliability for SaaS products, operations at a large scale, and proven experience in leading design and architecture of infrastructure (cloud and on-prem combined).
• Multi-cloud experience with deep expertise in at least one of AWS/GCP/Azure platforms.
• Production experience with orchestration systems like Kubernetes (we are a Kubernetes shop), Nomad, or Mesos.
• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language (e.g., Python, GoLang, Ruby).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
• Experience with CI/CD practices and tools, and familiarity with deployment strategies like blue-green, rolling deploys, and canary deploys.
