  • • Join Vynca as a Site Reliability Engineer (E3) to build and operate the infrastructure powering their healthcare technology platform, ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, secure, and performant while supporting the mission of delivering comprehensive care for more quality days at home.
  • • Design, provision, and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform; operate and scale Kubernetes workloads; package and deploy applications with Helm; build and improve distributed, event-driven systems; define and monitor SLIs/SLOs; develop automation for deployment, scaling, monitoring, and incident response; own platform observability; lead incident response and blameless postmortems; partner on capacity planning and performance optimization; implement security best practices for HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance; participate in on-call rotation for production systems.
  • • Work within Vynca’s Technology team, a close-knit community guided by core values of Excellence, Compassion, Curiosity, and Integrity, collaborating closely with Software Engineers, Product, and Data teams to build resilient systems that support transformative healthcare outcomes.
  • • Gain deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, observability, automation, and incident management while shaping the future architecture of a mission-driven healthcare platform; develop leadership in reliability practices and contribute to systems that enable better patient outcomes at scale.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Three to five (3–5) years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Platform Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure Engineering, or similar infrastructure-focused roles
  • • Strong hands-on experience operating production workloads within AWS environments
  • • Proven experience managing infrastructure as code using Terraform, including module development, state management, and deployment automation
  • • Experience operating and supporting production Kubernetes environments
  • • Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications using Helm
  • • Experience establishing and managing observability practices including monitoring, logging, tracing, alerting, and incident response
