• • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer to join our growing team in Singapore. This role is pivotal in ensuring the stability, performance, and scalability of our production applications and infrastructure. You will be instrumental in maintaining the high availability of Plaud.ai services, directly impacting the experience of our rapidly expanding global user base.
• • In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and support of Plaud.ai applications in our production environment. This includes managing the entire release lifecycle, from deployment to monitoring, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met at every stage. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the integrity and reliability of our services.
• • A key aspect of your responsibilities will involve diagnosing and resolving complex application issues. You will act as a first responder to production incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions to prevent recurrence. This requires a deep understanding of our systems and the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• • You will collaborate closely with our engineering and customer-facing teams to ensure seamless service delivery. This cross-functional collaboration is essential for understanding system behavior, identifying potential issues, and implementing proactive measures to enhance reliability.
