📋 Description

• • The Site Support Solutions Manager for LATAM at CareAccess Inc. plays a critical role in ensuring the performance, development, and engagement of the Site Support Solutions team to drive study results and deliver exceptional customer experience in clinical research across Latin America.
• • Day to day, the manager will hire, onboard, train, and develop SSS professionals; set clear goals; review KPIs; provide coaching and feedback; facilitate team meetings; balance workloads; serve as point of escalation for site-based issues; collaborate with sponsor and leadership teams; ensure GCP compliance; and proactively identify process improvements.
